Operates and monitors battery cell formation production processes, evaluates KPIs, reports production and quality issues, and supports process improvements. Ensures semi-products meet quality specifications, maintains production standards and equipment, manages materials and inventory, supports audits and certification requirements, and helps prevent safety incidents. The role requires cross-training, adherence to management instructions, and work in demanding production environments involving PPE, heat, noise, and hazardous materials.

Conduct visual inspections of battery products and components to identify defects and verify compliance with quality standards. Document inspection results, report non-conformities, collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve issues, maintain inspection equipment, and keep the work area safe and organized.

Administers compensation, total rewards, performance management, expatriate compensation, and payroll processes for salaried and hourly employees. Responsibilities include salary benchmarking, job evaluation, merit and incentive planning, performance-cycle administration, payroll validation through ADP, compensation analytics, HRIS data maintenance, and support for workforce planning. The role partners with HR, Finance, Payroll, headquarters, tax advisors, and business leaders while maintaining confidential employee information and ensuring pay accuracy and compliance.
