Administers compensation, total rewards, performance management, expatriate compensation, and payroll processes for salaried and hourly employees. Responsibilities include salary benchmarking, job evaluation, merit and incentive planning, performance-cycle administration, payroll validation through ADP, compensation analytics, HRIS data maintenance, and support for workforce planning. The role partners with HR, Finance, Payroll, headquarters, tax advisors, and business leaders while maintaining confidential employee information and ensuring pay accuracy and compliance.

Operates and monitors electrode production machinery, including loading materials, inspecting semi-finished products, maintaining standards, documenting results, and reporting safety, quality, and yield issues. Performs preventive cleaning, supports troubleshooting and process improvements, manages raw materials and equipment, follows safety and quality procedures, and assists with audits and operator training. The role requires extensive standing, stair climbing, PPE use, and flexible long shifts in a battery manufacturing environment.

Monitors and improves battery cell formation production, including KPIs, yields, quality, safety, equipment, materials, inventory, and process standards. Reports production issues, supports corrective actions, manages audits and certification activities, maintains production assets and documentation, and trains operators on safety procedures. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, physical production-floor work, PPE usage, and willingness to perform job rotation.
