Lead CNC programming and manufacturing improvements: program 3- to 5-axis mills and lathes in Mastercam, produce setup documentation and tooling lists, update SOPs, support first-piece inspection and NPI, train setup personnel, optimize setups, and recommend equipment and tooling strategies to achieve world-class CNC operations.

Serve as a trusted HR advisor to field leadership across geographic areas, aligning business objectives with employee needs. Provide coaching on performance management, resolve complex employee relations issues, support organizational design, workforce and succession planning, assist recruiting and onboarding, implement HR programs, and use workforce analytics to drive strategic people decisions.
