Lead global category strategies for direct materials, manage end-to-end sourcing (RFx, negotiations, supplier selection), drive cost savings and value engineering, oversee supplier risk and performance, lead and develop a multi‑regional category management team, and partner with Engineering, Planning, Operations, and Finance to ensure supply continuity and procurement excellence.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and rolling plans; build financial models for production and capital decisions; analyze variances and manufacturing KPIs; deliver reporting and dashboards; evaluate capex and product profitability; maintain internal controls, support audits, and partner with operations to drive cost and working capital improvements.

Analyze cost data, maintain product costing and overhead rates, investigate manufacturing variances, support inventory accuracy and reconciliations, assist month‑end reporting, audits, intercompany balancing, tax filings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
