Administer and coordinate day-to-day operations of client benefit programs (health, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA/HSA, 401(k)). Serve as primary contact for clients, employees, and vendors; manage enrollments, plan setup, reconciliations, compliance, reporting, and billing. Provide customer service and resolve benefit-related issues.
