Provide HR advice across the employee lifecycle, manage recruitment/onboarding, employee relations (investigations, disciplinary, grievance, absence), maintain compliance and records, produce HR reports and audits, support annual compliance activities, and deliver administrative HR and office functions.

Provide personal care and daily living assistance to clients in their homes, support community engagement, maintain records, coordinate with healthcare professionals and family, and promote a safe, dignified environment. Full training provided; weekend and evening flexibility required.

Lead the launch and management of a new nursing agency across Scotland: build the service, recruit and mentor nursing staff, secure contracts with NHS and care providers, ensure clinical governance and compliance, manage rotas and workforce planning, and drive business development and service growth.
