Lead the organization's financial operations and business processes, managing accounts payable, reconciliations, grant and restricted fund tracking, budget variance analysis, and month-end close. Act as internal finance lead and liaison to external CPA, ensure compliance and audit readiness, support events and sponsorship tracking, and oversee office operations, filing, mail, supplies, and cross-functional workflows to improve operational efficiency and support mission delivery.

Lead fundraising and development efforts by creating and executing annual plans, cultivating donors, writing grants, managing events and volunteers, maintaining donor database and acknowledgements, supporting board fundraising, and overseeing the office manager to secure financial and in-kind support for the organization.

Provide one-on-one executive support to the Executive Director and Associate Executive Director, manage calendars, travel, correspondence, and confidential matters. Serve as liaison to the board and senior management, coordinate meetings and agendas, produce communications and reports, oversee special projects, and facilitate cross-divisional outreach. Prioritize competing needs, follow through on deliverables, and support organizational initiatives in a small, mission-driven nonprofit environment.
