Provides legal and administrative support for probate, trust administration, and estate planning matters. Communicates with clients, beneficiaries, and attorneys; prepares petitions, trust documents, wills, directives, correspondence, and case-specific materials; e-files court documents; organizes and updates files; tracks administration timelines; conducts legal research; and supports general office operations. The role is onsite in Seminole, Florida, with full-time and part-time options.

Lead compensation, benefits, and broader Total Rewards programs for a large, complex organization. Assess risks and priorities, oversee pay structures, incentives, benefits, retirement, compliance, vendors, analytics, technology, and cost management. Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, IT, senior leadership, and governance committees while leading the existing Total Rewards team. The role requires strategic leadership and hands-on execution in an onsite interim engagement.

Oversee affordable housing service-line operations, project managers, budgets, compliance, client relationships, reporting, audit readiness, staffing, and process improvement. The role manages complex HUD-related programs, monitors delivery and financial performance, resolves operational risks, supports executive and public-sector communications, and coaches team members. Extensive travel is required, ranging from 50% to 80% depending on contract needs.
