Manage daily IT operations and infrastructure across multi-site environments, lead IT support/helpdesk, enforce IT policies, ensure uptime/backup/disaster recovery, oversee security and compliance, coordinate vendors, drive process improvements and IT projects while supporting cross-functional operational needs.
