Oversee dredging contractors, deliver technical consultancy and high‑quality reports, provide client technical support, contribute to R&D and digital tools, undertake occasional fieldwork and represent the organisation at events.

Lead development and delivery of flood risk research and consultancy, managing complex hydrological/hydraulic modelling projects, winning work, driving technical innovation, mentoring staff, delivering training, and managing client relationships and project commercials.

Provide administrative and reception support to business, project support and technical teams; maintain office processes and procedures; prioritize routine, process-driven tasks; build collaborative relationships across the organisation while completing a Level 3 Business and Administration Apprenticeship.

Provide administrative support to consultancy divisions, technical teams and the wider company. Maintain office administration processes, cover reception as needed, assist with document control and ad-hoc business administration tasks, and support team-driven, process-oriented activities.

Carry out drainage modelling and data analysis (using InfoWorks ICM or equivalent) to assess SuDS, CSO spills and urban runoff, develop climate-adjusted rainfall series and tools, support clients and research, and collaborate across multidisciplinary flood and water teams.
