Leads the nonprofit’s financial strategy, operations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, internal controls, audit preparation, and revenue processes. Advises executive leadership and the Board on financial performance, risk, resource allocation, investments, and sustainability. Oversees accounting infrastructure, financial policies, compliance, external financial partners, and organizational financial transformation while supporting healthcare and community-service initiatives.

Leads ASF’s finance and operations functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, treasury, investments, compliance, risk management, internal controls, and organizational effectiveness. Advises the CEO, leadership team, Board, and Finance Committee; oversees financial systems, staff, vendors, grants processing, and operational improvements; and supports strategic planning, dashboard reporting, and organizational growth. The role also represents ASF externally and participates in signature events.
