Leads potable water and wastewater engineering projects from concept through completion, managing scopes, budgets, schedules, teams, subcontractors, technical design, QA/QC, construction support, client relationships, and business development. The role also mentors staff, supports proposals and marketing, oversees project reviews and invoicing, addresses technical and financial issues, and signs and seals engineering documents.

Leads the Broadband West Region Engineering Group, overseeing strategic planning, business growth, regional P&L, client relationships, technical delivery, staffing, and team development. The role drives fiber and broadband project execution across Colorado and the Western US, including planning, design, permitting, due diligence, and construction handoff. Responsibilities include business development, contract development, resource planning, market expansion, and leadership of high-volume FTTx projects.

Leads complex drainage, hydrology, and hydraulics engineering for municipal, transportation, and public infrastructure projects. Provides technical direction, makes major design decisions, signs and seals documents, leads QA/QC, develops standards, resolves technical risks, and advises clients. Mentors engineers, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, supports project delivery and construction administration, and contributes to proposals, business development, presentations, and industry leadership.
