Supports the Regional Coordinator in managing a regional healthcare coalition and related emergency management programs. Coordinates grant-funded education, training, exercises, and program evaluations; develops education guidelines; maintains instructor compliance; builds relationships with emergency management and public health partners; attends leadership meetings; and provides disaster response support across the region.

Supports HR operations at a manufacturing plant, including employee relations, workplace investigations, progressive discipline, recruiting coordination, onboarding, compliance tracking, leave and workers’ compensation administration, employee records, engagement initiatives, workforce planning, and performance review processes. Partners with plant leadership and hiring managers while maintaining confidentiality, accurate documentation, and compliance with company policies and employment law.

Sell HPS purchasing contracts across a regional territory by prospecting, building and growing member and vendor relationships. Present cost-savings and program value to decision-makers, support vendor partnerships, represent HPS at events, and independently manage territory schedules and travel.
