Create and manage visually compelling marketing collateral (maps, flyers, pitch books, presentations) from concept to delivery. Coordinate projects, lead stakeholder meetings, translate data into visual communications, maintain brand consistency, manage marketing platforms, and ensure timely production and distribution of assets.

Lead a company-wide operations and IT transformation to standardize and automate manual workflows. Map processes, prioritize and run automation projects end-to-end, deliver training and change management, track productivity metrics, pilot software and AI tools, and ensure data privacy and security while driving adoption and measurable efficiency gains.

Fall internship supporting tenant-representation team in Austin. Interns will learn commercial real estate, perform administrative tasks, assist advisors, attend meetings, take notes, communicate with professionalism, research topics, and contribute to team projects during a 6–8 week program (Aug–Dec).
