Lead a manufacturing engineering team to improve factory performance through systems-level analysis, flow and capacity optimization, production planning, data-driven modeling, and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen). Drive throughput, reduce WIP and lead time, implement MES/ERP initiatives, and translate operational data into scalable floor-level solutions while coaching and managing staff.

Lead and coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) projects. Define and maintain the Program Plan of Record, ensure supply chain readiness, transition products to production, manage commercial and technical issues, communicate status to stakeholders, prepare escalations, and develop NPI processes.

Lead and supervise nutforming/heading production teams to meet quality, output, and on-time delivery targets. Schedule work, approve overtime, set performance goals, coach continuous improvement, inspect parts, adjust machines, maintain production records, justify capital equipment, and support the Manufacturing Manager while enforcing safety and company policies.
