Designs scalable, secure, resilient technology solutions aligned with business goals and enterprise standards. Creates architecture artifacts, evaluates platforms and integration patterns, guides implementation, leads architecture reviews, manages technical risks and debt, and partners with business, product, engineering, cybersecurity, and delivery teams. The role also supports technology roadmaps, modernization, cloud-native adoption, governance, innovation, and continuous improvement across complex enterprise environments.

Manage relationships with insurance carrier partners and internal stakeholders within Howden Markets. Support carrier engagement strategies, commercial initiatives, and insurer placement strategies through market, trading, and performance analysis. Produce reports, dashboards, presentations, proposals, and management information, while supporting digital initiatives and maintaining regulatory compliance. Represent the business at industry events and communicate market trends and insights.

Provides operational support for employee benefits, leave administration, and multi-state workers’ compensation. Maintains accurate HRIS and benefits data, supports regulatory compliance, coordinates with payroll, vendors, carriers, and employees, administers leave cases, and manages workers’ compensation reconciliation audits. The role also responds to employee inquiries, improves processes, and ensures accurate reporting and premium processing.
