Generate new business, manage client relationships, meet sales and retention targets, conduct fact-finds and suitability assessments, maintain compliance with Central Bank regulations, and support team growth through cross-referrals and industry knowledge sharing.

Provide high-level EA support to two leaders: manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and cross-functional priorities, and process expense reports in SAP Concur. Serve as primary contact for expense inquiries, maintain organized records for audits, resolve discrepancies with vendors, handle ad-hoc administrative tasks, and prepare documents and presentations in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Use AI tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
