Maintain accurate people data and systems, produce dashboards and ad-hoc analyses (attrition, leave, surveys), partner with HRIS, Finance and IT to improve HR data quality, and deliver insights via SQL, Databricks and Power BI to support HR and business stakeholders.

Lead and govern end-to-end IT Change Management within a regulated, global insurance environment. Chair CAB/ECAB, manage risk and third-party change delivery, ensure compliance and operational resilience, align changes with configuration and release processes, produce performance reporting, and drive continual improvement.

Lead AI architecture governance, assess vendors and tooling, provide technical oversight of internal and third-party AI delivery, set standards for agent development, retrieval, prompt engineering, and evaluation, and act as a technical partner to the Head of AI to embed governed, build-first AI capability across the Group.
