Advise consumer and local commercial insurance clients by understanding their needs, building relationships, solving problems, and recommending tailored insurance solutions. The role includes full on-the-job training, coaching, workshops, and support toward a company-funded CII qualification. Analyze insurance datasets and policy administration systems to support an 18-month migration project. Responsibilities include identifying data quality issues, validating data across legacy and target systems, monitoring business KPIs, assessing migration impacts, supporting testing, developing dashboards, and communicating actionable insights to stakeholders and project teams.

Build and maintain relationships with B2B insurance clients, win new business, identify opportunities, and advise clients on suitable insurance products and solutions. The role involves marketing, networking, community engagement, client meetings, consultative questioning, active listening, and collaboration with the Branch Manager to achieve business objectives. Candidates should be tenacious, commercially curious, relationship-focused, and willing to pursue further professional qualifications.
