Provide college-level leadership for research and graduate programs across 17 departments: manage teaching assistantships, graduate funding, research infrastructure, external grant promotion and oversight, coordinate grants academy and faculty meetings, liaise with University Office of Research, supervise staff, conduct data collection and reporting, and make recommendations to the Dean.

Perform comprehensive perinatal and obstetric ultrasound exams, assist with invasive procedures, produce preliminary reports in Viewpoint, maintain equipment and infection control, ensure patient safety and documentation, and collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine team while participating in QA and continuing education.

Support planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of enterprise initiatives. Maintain project documentation, track milestones and risks, coordinate governance meetings, prepare executive reports and dashboards, liaise with vendors and stakeholders, and provide operational support for the Office of Business Optimization.
