Supports the full employee lifecycle across onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, benefits, leave, compensation, job profiles, performance reviews, and recruitment operations. Partners with HR Business Partners and other teams on sensitive cases, restructurings, process improvements, and cross-functional projects. Uses Workday, AI, and other technology to improve HR workflows, documentation, and employee experiences while maintaining confidentiality and sound judgment.

Manages BioInteractive resource production workflows from draft through publication. Coordinates content teams, vendors, copyediting, accessibility tagging, formatting, translation, and publication schedules. Maintains Jira, Trello, Confluence, SharePoint, and Google Drive systems; triages production requests; tracks metrics; builds initiative timelines; and identifies process automation opportunities, including AI tools. The role is hybrid in Chevy Chase, Maryland and requires coordinating multiple concurrent resources with strong attention to detail.

Manage HHMI’s end-to-end sourcing cycle, including market research, RFPs, supplier selection, contract negotiation, renewals, performance reviews, risk evaluations, and supplier lifecycle administration. Set procurement AI priorities, analyze spend and ROI, update policies and templates, and coordinate with legal and internal stakeholders. Lead and coach a sourcing team while maintaining effective supplier relationships and procurement standards.
