Lead preconstruction activities for development projects including cost estimating, budgeting, constructability reviews, value engineering, bid package coordination, and stakeholder collaboration to set project budgets and schedules.

Provide legal counsel and support to the company on matters related to real estate development, contracts, compliance, and corporate transactions.

Assist the Chief Engineer in overseeing building operations and maintenance for mixed-use properties. Supervise engineering staff, manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing and lifecycle repairs, coordinate vendors, implement preventive maintenance, ensure code compliance and safety, and support budgeting and capital projects.
