Provide strategic leadership and oversight of special education programs for grades 6-12. Ensure IDEA/COMAR compliance, improve student outcomes, manage budgets, lead district initiatives, support administrators and families, audit IEPs, and coordinate transition and inclusive practices across secondary schools.

Manage and improve classification and compensation programs: conduct job evaluations, desk audits, and market salary research; maintain job descriptions and pay structures; ensure compliance with FLSA/EEO; process pay changes in Workday; advise leadership and provide training on compensation and classification policies.

Coordinates an Allied sports program covering soccer, bowling, softball, and golf. Responsibilities include building schedules, communicating with coaches and partners, securing bowling and golf venues, ordering equipment, and organizing end-of-season championships. The role requires outdoor work, athletic equipment setup, and attendance at events outside regular contracted hours.
