Performs routine diagnostic radiology and fluoroscopy procedures (including OR support), assists physicians during special procedures, ensures radiation safety and equipment QC, documents charges, and provides patient-centered care while following infection control and hospital policies.

Lead and manage supplemental staffing operations across units, overseeing workforce planning, recruitment, scheduling, metrics/reporting, compliance, budget management, process improvements, and team coaching to ensure continuous, cost-effective staffing support and high patient/staff satisfaction.

Transports inpatients and outpatients safely by wheelchair, stretcher, transcart or bed to tests, clinics and procedures. Assists with patient transfers and fall prevention, maintains and disinfects transport equipment, communicates with nursing and ancillary staff, and supports patient safety, infection control, and department operations.
