Provides senior-level HR support to assigned healthcare business units, including employee relations, policy interpretation, investigations, compensation and benefits guidance, recruitment support, workforce planning, performance management, training, and change management. Analyzes workforce data and recommends strategies to improve retention, engagement, staffing, and organizational effectiveness. Advises managers, mentors HR colleagues, and ensures compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.

Maintain and analyze financial data for assigned entities, produce monthly reports and dashboards, reconcile G/L data, support budgeting and contract/grant financials, identify performance issues and recommend solutions, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Leads strategic HR partnership for assigned business units, advising executives on workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, employee engagement, succession planning, and change initiatives. Analyzes workforce data and trends, develops HR solutions, supports enterprise HR programs, facilitates leadership projects, and influences business leaders to improve organizational performance. Requires extensive HR program design experience, strong business acumen, employment-law knowledge, consulting ability, and independent judgment.
