Provides administrative and project coordination support for hospital department operations. Collects and analyzes data, prepares management reports and presentations, coordinates meetings and events, tracks action items, maintains records, supports financial activities, and recommends operational improvements. The role collaborates with management and cross-functional teams while managing multiple time-sensitive priorities.

Conducts quality assurance reviews of clinical research studies, evaluates site readiness, develops study-specific education and processes, monitors regulatory compliance and clinical trial trends, and supports audit and regulatory inspection preparation. Partners with investigators and research teams to resolve quality issues, improve procedures, interpret FDA and GCP requirements, and report compliance trends to QA management.

Plans and leads enterprise-scale transformation projects across revenue cycle, hospital and clinic operations, information technology, and business strategy. Manages project scope, resources, timelines, governance, compliance, stakeholder communication, change management, and team coordination. Drives process improvement, cost savings, ROI, operational outcomes, and regulatory adherence while preparing reports and supporting system standardization initiatives.
