Directs affordable housing compliance across LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, HOME, and related programs. Oversees file reviews, audits, reporting, certifications, rent and utility allowance calculations, regulatory records, software systems, and quality control. Serves as the company liaison to state agencies, supports property takeovers, trains property staff, tracks certifications, and leads property managers in eligibility determinations and compliance operations.

Oversee real estate portfolio operations, accounting processes, budgets, financial reporting, month-end close, compliance, internal controls, insurance, and audit coordination. Lead operational improvements, support forecasting and long-range planning, monitor cash flow and expenses, manage property and agency budgets, and mentor finance and operations staff. The role collaborates with leadership, property management, auditors, government entities, residents, and community partners while ensuring compliance with GAAP, HUD, MTW, and applicable regulations.
