Leads municipal civil engineering projects from feasibility through completion, preparing design documents, cost estimates, schedules, and code-compliant plans. Manages project budgets and timelines, participates in client and preconstruction meetings, supports proposals and business development, develops client relationships, and mentors and supervises civil engineering staff.

Assists with civil engineering design, plan specifications, cost estimates, construction documentation, and project research. Supports AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation drawing updates, conducts field observations and data collection, and operates GPS and Total Station survey equipment. Works on transportation and infrastructure projects including bridges, grade separations, and culverts. Requires strong communication, organization, task management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Leads municipal and urban civil engineering projects, including feasibility assessments, engineering documentation, cost estimates, schedules, budgets, and client presentations. Supports proposal go/no-go decisions, develops client relationships, secures new work, manages project delivery, and mentors and supervises civil engineering staff.
