Provide one-on-one and group financial and career coaching to non-residential clients, connect clients to internal and community resources, track outcomes, deliver curriculum-based financial and career education, develop partnerships, and perform mandatory reporting and safety/compliance duties.

Manage all general ledger and accounting functions including grant and revenue recognition, accruals, month/quarter/year close, financial statements, variance analysis, cash management, and audits. Supervise and develop accounting staff, maintain internal controls, support Controller/CFO with budgeting and analysis, and improve processes and systems to ensure GAAP and grant compliance.

The Development Officer for Major Gifts leads fundraising efforts, cultivates donor relationships, and develops strategies to secure major gifts for HAWC's mission.
