Provides bilingual English-Spanish case management, financial empowerment coaching, career support, resource referrals, workshops, and community partnerships for clients. Assesses needs, develops goals, supports employment and financial stability, documents outcomes, and facilitates financial capability education. The role is fully onsite with 25% local travel and occasional Saturday work.

Manages accounting and financial reporting for government-funded grants. Responsibilities include preparing budgets, forecasts, billings, invoices, reimbursement requests, journal entries, and compliance reports; monitoring grant transactions and subrecipients; reconciling accounts receivable; reviewing financial documentation; and ensuring timely adherence to grant agreements, regulations, and reporting deadlines.
