Provide evening and weekend on-site support to residents at a congregate housing program: greet and engage residents, conduct wellness checks, assist with orientation and basic needs, restock supplies, monitor safety/cleanliness, document incidents, support ISPs, and complete shift reports. Become certified in required safety and crisis-intervention trainings.

Provide intake, orientation, assessment, diversion, and crisis triage for individuals and families seeking emergency shelter. Enter client data into HMIS, coordinate with support staff, supervise volunteers during evening shelter shifts, complete logs and incident reports, and provide referrals to housing resources.
