Coordinates site-related activities while providing friendly, reliable customer service. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, prioritization, punctuality, and the ability to manage changing tasks and multiple projects. The role may involve general site support and other duties assigned by a supervisor, along with occasional physical activities such as standing, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Provides participant-centered support to individuals in interim housing, including needs assessment, individualized support planning, service coordination, resource referrals, advocacy, stabilization assistance, and crisis response. Maintains a caseload, documents services in HMIS, coordinates with healthcare and behavioral health providers, and supports participant goals using trauma-informed, culturally responsive approaches. The role requires collaboration across shelter and community-service teams but excludes housing navigation and placement responsibilities.
