Housing Authority of the City of Santa Barbara

The Housing Authority of the City of Santa Barbara (HACSB) develops, owns and manages affordable rental housing and administers federal programs such as Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers. HACSB also delivers resident services, partnerships, and redevelopment projects focused on housing stability, self-sufficiency, and neighborhood revitalization for low-income families, seniors, and vulnerable residents in Santa Barbara.
