Manage multi-brand social media strategy and content calendars; create and edit photo/video assets; run community management and engagement; track analytics and social listening; coordinate cross-functional content initiatives and occasional on-site shoots to capture original content.

Partner with the Director of Benefits to administer health and welfare programs, manage open enrollment, handle escalated inquiries, reconcile vendor invoices, produce reports and dashboards, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with payroll/finance, recommend process improvements, and support benefits events and audits.
