Supervises daily store operations, including opening and closing, sales productivity, customer service, merchandising, stocking, inventory practices, shrinkage goals, and employee coaching. Acts as the manager on duty when store leadership is absent, communicates expectations, enforces company policies, supports team performance, and assists customers. Requires flexible availability, physical merchandise handling, and potential forklift certification.

Manages payroll processing, employee records, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, invoice reconciliation, compliance reporting, and employee inquiries. Audits payroll and HRIS data, resolves benefits billing discrepancies, maintains personnel files, supports regulatory filings, communicates policies, and assists with HR initiatives. The role requires confidentiality, accuracy, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with HRIS, payroll, office productivity, and collaboration tools.

Provides personalized customer service, maintains clean and shoppable store conditions, supports visual merchandising and promotional displays, performs suggestive selling, maintains product knowledge, conducts physical inventory counts, processes register transactions, and follows safety and security practices. The role requires flexible scheduling, teamwork, communication, organization, basic math, sound judgment, and the ability to stand and lift materials.
