Teams at House Rx

Lead and work alongside an onsite prior authorization team for specialty pharmacy. Maintain caseload, own PA workflows and SOPs, manage appeals/escalations, coach and develop staff, run QA and reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve approval rates and clinic readiness.

Own and scale corporate IT systems including Windows/macOS endpoints, MDM, identity (Okta, Google Workspace), SaaS administration, automation (PowerShell/Bash/Python/APIs), onboarding/offboarding, endpoint security, and audit readiness. Troubleshoot complex issues, build runbooks, and partner with Security, Engineering, People, and Operations to operationalize repeatable, compliant IT processes.

As a UX Designer at House Rx, you will improve user experiences in healthcare by collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding user journeys, and prototyping solutions.
