Leads organization-wide quality, safety, risk, privacy, emergency preparedness, incident management, accreditation, and program data initiatives. Oversees the Quality team and Program Data and Health Information Manager, develops integrated frameworks and reporting systems, supports emergency response and privacy compliance, and drives continuous improvement and data-informed decision-making. Collaborates with clinical and program leadership, funders, accreditors, community agencies, and the organizational leadership team to advance strategic priorities and participant outcomes.

Provides reception, clerical, scheduling, data entry, documentation, records management, communications, supply ordering, petty cash, and administrative support for a walk-in addiction medicine clinic. Serves as a central contact for participants, medical providers, pharmacies, doctors, and community partners while maintaining confidentiality and accurate program records. The role also supports clinic flow, events, equipment issues, and volunteers in a fast-paced, trauma-informed environment.
