Serve as strategic HR advisor to leaders across manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and corporate functions. Lead full-cycle recruiting, employee relations and investigations, performance management, workforce planning, benefits administration, HR compliance, payroll auditing, and engagement initiatives. Coach managers, analyze HR metrics, support succession planning and training, and maintain HR policies and documentation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Support sales by implementing and managing trade promotion management (TPM) and optimization (TPO) processes. Maintain promotional funding, pricing, customer program execution, and deduction resolution. Build reporting and analytics for promotional ROI and trade spend visibility. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, AR, Customer Service, and platform teams to improve controls, reduce revenue leakage, and support data-driven decisions.
