Support Regional Political Directors by coordinating and tracking political advertising projects through approval, legal, and compliance processes. Maintain trackers, monitor spending/polls/fundraising/news, draft race memos and presentations, provide administrative and reporting support, and partner with research and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant deliverables across assigned House races.

Support the finance team with donor database management, monitoring contributions and communications, preparing donor and event materials, assisting with call time and fundraising events, scheduling and travel logistics, research, and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth fundraising operations.
