As a Territory Sales Manager, you will sell Hourly's payroll and Workers' Comp solutions to small businesses, managing the full sales cycle and building referral partnerships.

Drive new business by prospecting and owning a territory; manage full sales cycle from outreach to first payroll run; build referral partnerships; maintain CRM and forecasting; collaborate with Customer Success to ensure onboarding and retention; provide market feedback to product and GTM teams.
