Support Project Engineer and Project Manager with project-specific administrative tasks including managing documentation (RFIs, subcontracts, change orders), subcontractor and owner billing, meeting minutes, permits, close-outs, and stakeholder communication using Procore, Textura, and Bluebeam.

Manage MEP preconstruction, procurement, budgeting, scheduling, installation, commissioning, quality, safety, engineering coordination, and close-out. Define MEP scope, evaluate bids, create CPM schedules, oversee RFIs/submittals, review invoices, negotiate subcontractor pricing/change orders, supervise project engineers, and coordinate BIM and field activities.

The Project Engineer assists in contract drawing control, job management setup, building permit processes, and quality management on construction projects, while also facilitating communication and coordination among project teams.
