Support the Risk Management team by administering insurance programs (CCIP, SDI, Builder's Risk), processing claims, managing subcontractor onboarding and COI compliance, generating reports/invoices, maintaining CMiC/SmartBid records, and coordinating with project teams and clients.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules from pursuit through turnover. Assist project teams with proposal and baseline schedules, perform weekly and monthly updates, integrate inputs, cost and resource load schedules, generate reports, evaluate variances, propose mitigations, communicate schedule impacts to leadership, implement corporate scheduling policies, support scheduling software use, and follow safety and site requirements.

Entry-level Project Engineer supporting construction project teams through document control, submittal and RFI administration, permit assistance, site coordination, quality assurance for trades, preconstruction estimating tasks, and meeting support. Performs field activities, maintains logs, assists with safety and constructability reviews, and helps manage change orders and procurement to keep schedules and budgets on track.
