Support the Risk Management team by administering insurance programs (CCIP, SDI, Builder's Risk), processing claims, managing subcontractor onboarding and COI compliance, generating reports/invoices, maintaining CMiC/SmartBid records, and coordinating with project teams and clients.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules from pursuit through turnover. Assist project teams with proposal and baseline schedules, perform weekly and monthly updates, integrate inputs, cost and resource load schedules, generate reports, evaluate variances, propose mitigations, communicate schedule impacts to leadership, implement corporate scheduling policies, support scheduling software use, and follow safety and site requirements.

Lead large, complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Own project finances, schedules, contracts, subcontract management, change orders, payments, safety, client relations, and mentor project teams to deliver on-time and on-budget.
