Leads commercial operations across UK, Ireland, Europe, and the Middle East, managing regional workflows, inventory availability, fill rates, product launches, warehouse relationships, retail operations, and process improvement. Resolves recurring operational issues, optimizes sell-in and stock levels, partners with internal and external stakeholders, develops team members, and champions AI-enabled workflow efficiencies.

Leads packaging and promotional accessory development from innovation and sourcing through sampling, testing, production, and launch. Manages suppliers, manufacturers, quotations, BOMs, specifications, artwork, quality, compliance, sustainability, timelines, and costs. Partners with Marketing, Creative, Events, Education, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations teams to commercialize high-quality branded products. Identifies risks, coordinates prototypes and stakeholder reviews, drives continuous improvement, and researches emerging materials and packaging trends.

Lead North America/global PR strategy and media relations for a luxury beauty brand. Own the PR calendar, manage US agency partnerships, drive 360 campaign storytelling and toolkits, measure campaign impact, support executive and internal communications, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure on-brand execution and budget management. Hybrid role in LA or NYC.
