Supports end-to-end cosmetics and skincare product development through formula and product evaluations, trend research, sample and vendor management, documentation, milestone tracking, and cross-functional coordination. The intern also researches AI-assisted workflow improvements, organizes samples and technical files, and helps prepare meetings and presentations. The role provides hands-on exposure to product testing, manufacturing processes, commercialization, and beauty industry innovation.

Owns regional end-to-end demand forecasting, including wholesale, retail, new product, sampling, and promotional forecasts. Leads forecast reviews, accuracy analysis, S&OP participation, SKU-level reporting, inventory risk mitigation, and cross-functional alignment across commercial, finance, operations, and supply chain teams. Serves as the Oracle Planning Cloud subject matter expert and drives continuous improvement in demand planning processes.

Leads the end-to-end FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, P&L analysis, KPI reporting, profitability management, and strategic decision support for senior leadership. Builds and develops the FP&A team, improves processes and systems, drives automation, manages pricing and inflation analysis, and aligns planning with Unilever Prestige requirements. Partners with the CFO and cross-functional leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and actions supporting profitable growth.
