Support Financial Restructuring deal teams on creditor/debtor restructurings and distressed M&A. Perform valuation analysis, LBO and DCF modelling, advisory work on debt/equity solutions, and assist in negotiations and transaction execution as an analyst-level team member.

Assist valuation teams on illiquid debt and equity security valuations; update financial models; perform market research; draft client deliverables; present analyses to internal teams; receive mentorship and feedback with potential consideration for full-time analyst roles.

Support the Corporate Development team on acquisition-related activities and special projects: target screening, pipeline tracking (Salesforce, PitchBook), precedent transaction analysis, post-acquisition performance tracking, and building databases, templates, and presentations for senior management.
