Join the Financial Restructuring group as a Financial Analyst to support creditor- and debtor-side restructurings, distressed M&A, financings, and special-situation investing. Analysts build valuation and financial models, participate in negotiations, and work on deal teams alongside senior bankers across restructuring transactions.

Support Consumer M&A transaction teams by researching and analysing financial statements, industry trends, and comparable companies; assist with valuation modelling, financial due diligence, and pitch/deal materials in Excel and PowerPoint; collaborate with senior professionals and contribute to live sell-side and buy-side engagements.
