Supports portfolio valuation analysts by observing valuation methodologies, reviewing reports, researching market trends and company performance, collecting data, organizing working papers, taking meeting notes, and assisting with basic calculations and analyses. The internship is designed to provide exposure to valuation processes and financial advisory work.

Develop quantitative models to value complex financial instruments, including debt, derivatives, convertible bonds, warrants, earn-outs, and complex capital structures. Perform statistical and data analyses, improve modeling processes, automate calculations, and present findings to internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong knowledge of financial instruments, derivatives valuation theory, statistical methods, and programming or modeling experience using Python, R, MATLAB, VBA, and data visualization tools.

Supports corporate finance advisory engagements by preparing pitch and client materials, conducting market, industry, and company analyses, building financial models, performing valuation analyses, assisting with due diligence, and contributing to live buy-side and sell-side transactions. The intern will focus on the Consumer and Healthcare sectors and work collaboratively in a demanding investment banking environment.
