Serve as Product Owner and senior business analyst for Salesforce (Sales, Service, Communications/Vlocity, CPQ). Own roadmap, backlog, and releases; write user stories, acceptance criteria, and integration specs; lead workshops, journey mapping, UAT/SIT, and platform governance; drive integrations with billing, dispatch/field service, and workforce management to improve CX metrics and automation.

Collect, validate, and analyze vehicle telematics data (GPS, engine, fuel, driver behavior) to produce dashboards, reports, and recommendations that improve fleet safety, utilization, maintenance scheduling, regulatory compliance, and cost performance. Partner with operations, safety, maintenance, and insurance teams to support risk management, audits, and continuous improvement.

Manage end-to-end onboarding and on-time delivery of new residential construction projects. Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, coordinate schedules and resources, track milestones in Site Tracker and Salesforce, provide training and reports, attend on-site meetings, and ensure successful handoff to regional operations.
