Manage flatwork crews to ensure projects meet schedule, productivity, quality, and safety standards. Lead safety and training, prep job sites, train and support employees, coordinate schedules with customers, perform daily spot checks, assist with billing/scheduling/warranty tasks, approve timecards, and attend site meetings with builders and homeowners.

Provide front-office administration and support dispatch operations: answer phones, greet visitors, manage supplies and devices, coordinate meetings, handle filings, assist with orders/inspections, track truck logs, schedule repairs, communicate with drivers and field staff, and serve as backup dispatcher when needed.
