Manage and optimize an assigned hotel portfolio by renegotiating supplier conditions, increasing availability and offers, improving rate loading, and prioritizing actions using company dashboard data. The role involves securing new supplier offers, maintaining daily contact with hotel partners, and collaborating with Contracting Managers to improve commercial performance and operational efficiency.

Supports tour operators, travel agencies, end customers, and suppliers through phone, online, and email inquiries. Manages reservations, special requests, amendments, cancellations, and booking documentation while meeting service-level agreements and performance targets. Escalates issues according to procedures, maintains service quality, follows schedules, and delivers accurate, professional customer service in a hybrid contact-center environment.

Analyzes pricing performance, customer behavior, booking trends, market conditions, and commercial results to identify revenue and profitability opportunities. Develops dashboards, reports, analytical models, and business cases; monitors pricing initiatives and evaluates their impact. The role presents actionable insights to stakeholders, supports strategic pricing decisions, ensures data quality, and collaborates across pricing, operations, and commercial teams.
