Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise and high-value accounts: onboard customers, drive product adoption, resolve escalations, monitor engagement, recommend improvements and upsell opportunities, and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support to improve NPS and retention.

Own end-to-end category management: develop negotiation strategies, run RFx processes, manage supplier performance and contracts, optimize spend while protecting SLAs and value, drive supplier consolidation, ensure governance/compliance, and influence senior stakeholders.

The AI Enablement Specialist will coordinate AI training programs, support functional teams, and promote responsible AI adoption across the company.
