Leads prepayment operations across Europe and LATAM, overseeing collections, reconciliations, issue resolution, controls, service delivery, and continuous improvement. Supervises a Cancun-based finance team, manages workload and performance, collaborates with Finance, Commercial, Collections, Billing, and Customer Master Data stakeholders, and supports transformation initiatives involving TOM, BRIM, process testing, knowledge transfer, and operating-model changes.

Leads HBX Group’s M&A and corporate development activities, including opportunity origination, valuation, financial modeling, due diligence, transaction structuring, negotiation, and execution. Partners with senior executives, board members, legal, tax, finance, strategy, and external advisers. Develops investment recommendations, supports strategic initiatives, coaches junior team members, and manages complex domestic and international transactions in a publicly listed environment.

Partner with Sourcing commercial teams to analyze and explain topline performance, build forecasts and scenario analyses, produce performance reporting and dashboards, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to support commercial and senior management decision-making.
