Manages day-to-day operations for high-volume, multi-market strategic accounts in a travel bedbank environment. Coordinates Sales, Sourcing, Pricing, Operations, and Finance teams; monitors performance; prepares reports and client presentations; maintains CRM accuracy; provides data-driven insights; and recommends process improvements. Supports the Account Owner by ensuring execution readiness and enabling greater focus on strategic client management and growth.

Provide Arabic- and English-language customer support to clients by phone and email. Resolve requests, issues, and complaints promptly according to company policies, maintain strong client relationships, support satisfaction and loyalty, identify process improvements, and collaborate with internal sales teams. The role requires shift flexibility and effective performance in a fast-paced environment.

Supports product launches, go-to-market initiatives, adoption campaigns, product communications, and sales enablement. Creates customer-facing content, manages Productboard feedback, coordinates quarterly product updates, conducts market and competitor research, and collaborates with Product, Commercial, Marketing, Design, and Enablement teams to deliver timely marketing activities.
