Support the Director of Engineering in daily operations, maintenance, and long-term care of hotel systems. Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, water treatment, and life-safety systems; manage work orders, preventative maintenance, vendor coordination, budgeting support, inspections, emergency response, and team supervision, training, and performance management to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and excellent guest experience.

Provide warm, authentic Texas hospitality by assisting guests with luggage, escorting to rooms, answering inquiries, maintaining lobby appearance, coordinating with housekeeping and security, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Lead multi-property accounting, treasury, financial reporting, and compliance functions. Oversee month/year-end close, fixed assets, intercompany reconciliations, audits, tax and regulatory filings, cash management, KPI analysis, process improvements, and mentor finance team while advising ownership and executive leadership.
