Teams at Hotel Drover

Drives group room revenue for Hyatt and SMERF room-only blocks for Hotel Drover. Manages accounts, solicits and negotiates room blocks, conducts client presentations and site tours, coordinates with operations and revenue management, prepares sales documents and forecasts, supports client needs through pre-arrival, and represents both hotels at industry events and networking opportunities.

Administer and improve employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, wellness, leave, and voluntary benefits. Manage enrollments, open enrollment, vendor relationships, invoicing, reporting, audits, payroll deductions, and compliance with ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and FMLA. Support 401(k) administration, benefits budgeting, plan renewals, employee education, and wellness initiatives while safeguarding confidential information and partnering with Payroll, Finance, and People teams.

Provide warm, authentic Texas hospitality by assisting guests with luggage, escorting to rooms, answering inquiries, maintaining lobby appearance, coordinating with housekeeping and security, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
