Assists the Front Office Manager in overseeing front desk, guest services, bell, and valet operations. Supervises and coaches staff, manages scheduling and performance, resolves guest concerns, maintains service and safety standards, analyzes guest feedback, and supports departmental planning. The role requires a visible leadership presence in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Provides welcoming hotel guest service by handling luggage, escorting guests to rooms, answering questions, resolving concerns, maintaining public areas, coordinating with hotel departments, conducting vehicle inspections, and following safety and service standards. This seasonal role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability, strong communication and organization, calm problem-solving, and a collaborative hospitality mindset.

Supports hospitality marketing through social media planning, content creation, photography, video production, community engagement, trend research, content calendars, asset organization, campaign support, and performance reporting. Coordinates creative shoots, vendors, props, and stakeholders while contributing to brand storytelling, events, and promotional initiatives across hospitality, dining, and lifestyle brands.
