Hotel Drover Benefits Overview

Provide warm, authentic Texas hospitality by assisting guests with luggage, escorting to rooms, answering inquiries, maintaining lobby appearance, coordinating with housekeeping and security, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Supports the Director of Facilities in managing hotel engineering and facilities operations. Oversees work orders, building systems, preventative maintenance, inspections, safety compliance, budgeting, inventory, contractors, capital projects, and team training. Provides daily direction to Engineering staff and responds to maintenance emergencies while ensuring efficient, safe operations and an exceptional guest and employee experience.

Supervise daily stewarding operations across hotel kitchens, banquet areas, buffets, and food service spaces. Lead team members, enforce cleanliness and sanitation standards, monitor dishwashing temperatures and chemical levels, maintain equipment, manage supplies and inventory, and support culinary and banquet operations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining organized, efficient, and well-stocked kitchen and event environments.
