Manage hotel financial records and general ledger, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, handle A/P and payroll reviews, perform bank reconciliations and tax filings, assist audits and support the General Manager.

Provide and supervise maintenance of hotel building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural), run preventive maintenance, manage technicians, maintain safety and compliance, handle guest requests, and oversee pool and fire safety.
