Lead hotel sales and marketing operations, owning budget, forecasting, revenue management, advertising and PR. Recruit, train and coach sales staff, manage contracts, group blocks, OTA/GDS relationships, digital marketing (SEO/SEM/PPC), reputation management, and analyze market/STR data to set rates and drive revenue across rooms, F&B, and catering.

Provide and supervise maintenance of hotel building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural), run preventive maintenance, manage technicians, maintain safety and compliance, handle guest requests, and oversee pool and fire safety.
