Supervise and maintain the hotel facility, including mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems; implement preventive maintenance and energy programs; oversee repairs, renovations, contractor purchasing, and safety compliance; hire, train, and supervise engineering staff; generate reports and maintain maintenance records; perform physical tasks and troubleshoot building systems.

Perform evening and PM maintenance for a hotel: complete work orders, perform inspections and preventative maintenance, respond to guest requests, repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, locks, and room fixtures, maintain tools and safety procedures, and assist chief engineers.

The Restaurant Steward is responsible for cleaning dishes and food prep equipment, ensuring cleanliness of work areas, and maintaining inventory.
