Patrols hotel interior and perimeter overnight to protect guests, associates, assets and property. Responds to emergencies, conducts preliminary incident investigations, manages key inventory, writes reports, assists guests and staff, supports special events, and operates company/guest vehicles safely.

Supervise and maintain the hotel facility, including mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems; implement preventive maintenance and energy programs; oversee repairs, renovations, contractor purchasing, and safety compliance; hire, train, and supervise engineering staff; generate reports and maintain maintenance records; perform physical tasks and troubleshoot building systems.
