Hot Lava*
Hot Lava* melts the friction between ideas, people, AI, and execution so the best ideas actually get made.
Hot Lava* is a creative company built on Flow. We exist to melt friction between ideas, people, teams, AI, and execution.
Through FlowID, we make ideas built to travel.
Through FlowOS, we help organizations execute. From how teams work to how media converts.
Because for a good idea to win, it has to Flow.
Founded in Los Angeles in 2023 by Wieden+Kennedy and Google Creative Lab alumni, Hot Lava* works as your full creative agency or bolts onto the teams you already have.
