Maintain building systems and guest rooms, respond to HVAC/plumbing/electrical issues, run preventive maintenance, supervise technicians, manage pool and fire safety, perform carpentry/painting, track energy usage, keep records and coordinate vendors.

Lead hotel sales and marketing functions, owning budgets, revenue forecasting, advertising, digital marketing, and team recruitment/training. Drive account acquisition, contract negotiation, revenue management coordination, market analysis, and oversight of PMS/CRS/CRM systems, online channels, PR, and reputation management to maximize room, F&B, and catering revenues.
