Provide nursing education and employee health services: develop and deliver training, orient and coach staff, run continuing education, conduct employee health assessments, support infection control, maintain records, and collaborate on policies to promote workforce health and compliance.

Develops, implements, and evaluates nursing education programs; teaches and mentors licensed and unlicensed nurses; integrates evidence-based practice into training and patient care; promotes professional development and critical thinking; maintains current expertise and adapts curriculum to learning needs.

Oversee all laboratory operations to ensure accurate, timely testing and regulatory compliance (CLIA). Manage personnel, quality control, proficiency testing, method verification, safety, documentation, and client consultation.
