Teams at Hospital Management

Supervises nursing staff and daily clinical assignments while ensuring quality patient care and positive outcomes. Responsibilities include hiring participation, staff coaching, performance evaluations, competency assessment, training coordination, supply ordering, delegation, staffing utilization, and collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. The role requires 36 clinical hours weekly and supports continuous improvement of nursing services.

Provides recovery-oriented, patient-centered support to individuals receiving substance use and co-occurring mental health treatment. Builds therapeutic rapport, reinforces treatment plans, de-escalates crises, supports admissions and discharge planning, communicates with families and clinical staff, documents patient interactions, assists with basic care and meals, and promotes a safe, positive treatment environment.

Provide nursing education and employee health services: develop and deliver training, orient and coach staff, run continuing education, conduct employee health assessments, support infection control, maintain records, and collaborate on policies to promote workforce health and compliance.
