Teams at Hospital for Special Surgery

Manage physician office operations including patient interaction, scheduling (appointments and surgeries), check-out and payments, insurance authorizations, physician calendars, staff training/supervision, and liaising with hospital staff to improve office workflows and patient service.

Lead and modernize enterprise network and voice infrastructure, including SDN, WAN/LAN, contact center and cloud services. Oversee engineering and operations teams, vendor management, service management, cybersecurity protections, and major infrastructure projects to ensure reliable, cost-effective IT service delivery.

Collect and analyze 3D/2D motion capture, ground reaction force, EMG, and plantar pressure data for clinical treatment planning and research. Communicate with clinicians and researchers, support clinical case load across ages, participate in research protocols, and may co-author abstracts/publications. Training provided; position is temporary (one year).
