Lead end-to-end operational improvement and strategic planning initiatives across clinical and operational functions. Design analyses, staffing optimization models, and performance metrics. Present recommendations to senior stakeholders, facilitate decision-making, and manage implementation and sustainment. Supervise and mentor junior team members and develop executive presentations, roadmaps, and governance materials.

Support the design, build, testing, implementation, and maintenance of Epic Cadence scheduling and related modules. Assist with configuration, troubleshooting, documentation, and upgrades. Collaborate with operational teams, participate in testing and on‑call rotation, and obtain Epic certifications while developing healthcare IT and patient access workflow knowledge.

Lead design, optimization, troubleshooting, and implementation of enterprise on-premises and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure). Provide subject-matter expertise for Citrix, VMware, Windows/AD, networking, storage, monitoring, and automation (PowerShell/Python). Participate in architecture planning, documentation, on-call rotation, migrations, capacity planning, and cross-functional projects.
