Teams at Hospital for Special Surgery

Leads cross-functional projects supporting fundraising operations, donor data, reporting, analytics, technology, and gift administration. Owns project planning, execution, governance, risk management, testing, implementation, change management, stakeholder communications, and adoption. Coordinates vendors and institutional partners, prepares executive reporting and recommendations, tracks outcomes, and identifies workflow improvements across the Development Department.

Manages enterprise learning operations, including calendars, orientation and leadership cohorts, facilitator and vendor coordination, compliance follow-up, communications, engagement campaigns, reporting, surveys, intake prioritization, and workflow automation. The role tracks participation, completion, readiness, and business impact while maintaining learning tools, templates, and playbooks.

Owns the hospital’s leadership development strategy, curriculum architecture, program portfolio, assessments, coaching, AI-enabled learning approach, and leadership capability measurement. The role builds a connected leadership ecosystem, manages internal and external facilitators and vendors, partners on succession and workforce planning, establishes content governance, and reports business impact to executive stakeholders. It will guide development of a future Healthcare Leadership Academy and oversee portfolio roadmaps, funding decisions, program evaluation, and leadership readiness initiatives.
