Gather customer and stakeholder feedback, prioritize features, manage dependencies, balance engineering cost with impact, and partner with sales, support, and engineering to ship successful products. The role requires ownership of end-to-end and 0-to-1 product development, strong communication, rapid execution, and comfort making decisions amid uncertainty.

Own customer revenue growth and expansion through subscription upgrades, product adoption, consultative selling, proactive engagement, workshops, QBRs, and strategic account management. Build and manage an opportunity pipeline, maintain CRM accuracy, achieve revenue quotas, educate customers on software features, and share feedback with product and support teams. The role is fully remote, aligned with North American time zones, and requires a commercially driven, self-motivated customer success professional.

Build and maintain Hospitable’s core and growth platform using Laravel, PHP, MySQL, Angular, and Kubernetes. Develop customer-focused features, shape product decisions, improve performance, debug production issues, refactor code, and implement observability and testing practices. Collaborate with product, sales, customer success, and engineering teams in a remote distributed environment. The role emphasizes maintainable software, customer value, independent decision-making, and AI-assisted development using tools such as Cursor.
