Builds and maintains relationships with physicians, healthcare partners, discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, social workers, and community agencies to generate hospice referrals and census growth. Represents hospice services through outreach, explains hospice philosophy to patients and families, and facilitates consent conversations with compassion. The role serves the Chattanooga territory Monday through Friday and requires local driving.

The RN Clinical Liaison develops hospital and medical-facility referral relationships, promotes hospice services, builds census, and supports growth goals. Responsibilities include visiting physicians, case managers, discharge planners, social workers, and healthcare providers; educating patients and families about hospice; assisting with eligibility determinations; and obtaining care consents. The role requires an active registered nurse license, healthcare sales or marketing experience, hospice knowledge, relationship-building skills, and reliable transportation for the Chattanooga territory.
