Teams at Hospice of Acadiana, Inc.

Directs hospice nursing and clinical operations, overseeing patient care, multidisciplinary staff, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, staffing, budgets, education, and survey readiness. Leads clinical and organizational improvement initiatives, supports patient safety and employee development, resolves cross-functional issues, and assumes administrative responsibility when executive leaders are absent. Requires an actively licensed Louisiana registered nurse with hospice, home health, or oncology experience and strong leadership, regulatory, communication, and fiscal management capabilities.
